Andrew Theunissen
Andrew Theunissen is a senior partner at Theunissen, Louw & Partners and one of Namibia’s most experienced commercial lawyers, with more than 47 years of continuous practice in commercial law, corporate structuring, mineral rights law, and trust law, advising local and international clients on complex, high-value transactions and disputes.
Since 1978, Andrew has played a central role in establishing and strengthening the firm’s reputation as a leading commercial law practice in Namibia. Stoan was admitted on 11 August 2003 to the High Court of Namibia. Prior to being admitted he acted as a public prosecutor for a period of 2 years.
