Falco Krenz is an associate at Theunissen, Louw & Partners with a commercial practice focused on taxation-aware structuring, trust law, commercial transactions and estate planning. He holds a B.Acc.LL.B. degree from Stellenbosch University and was admitted as a Legal Practitioner of the High Court of Namibia in 2014, having been with the firm since 2013.

Falco advises on commercial contracts, legal risk management, corporate and ownership restructurings, trusts, estate planning, air services licensing, debt collection and commercial agricultural land transfers. He has contributed to the Law Society’s commercial-law work on the NEEEF Framework.

He is fluent in English, German and Afrikaans.
